7 - Why is Cycling good for you?


Cycling or biking is an exercise of which a person uses a bike. It may be use in transportation, recreation or sport. So what are the benefits of cycling?



1.       Fitter Body
-          Since cycling is a sport or an exercise, it will make your body more fit and in shape. If you find going in gyms and using the simulator for bicycle not fun or challenging then why not go out and ride a real bicycle and I assure you it will be fun.



2.        Stronger Legs
-          Riding a bicycle and giving effort to push the pedal through your feet needs a lot of energy and effort on your legs. In order for a bicycle to move you need to work on your leg power. Basically cycling is all about your legs that is why cyclist have stronger legs than anyone else because of this exercise.

3.       Superb Landscapes
-          One of the perks on cycling is that, you will see a lot of scenery when you bike. Since cycling covers more distance than running or jogging, you will have to see many places than them. This good places will have a good impact in your mood and will make you inspired because of this; thus, you will become more productive and efficient in your work.


4.       Improves Social Life
-          When you decided to go out and ride a bicycle for recreation, try finding a group in social media or searching near you residence of people/group whom cycles consistently. Be friends with them and Im sure it will give you a lot of adventures and fun every time you ride; because, cycling with group is so much funnier than doing it in solo.

5.       It fights pollution
-          Have you ever been stuck in a traffic? And then you get annoyed because of the delay it cause from you? Well don’t get annoyed because first and foremost you are part of the traffic, you are the traffic. But when you ride a bike instead, it will not only give you no delays but also it will help to reduce the traffic and the pollution of your car will cause.
